- Case studies demonstrating Data Exclusivity analysis
There will be time for Q&A in which you can ask your questions directly to the presenter.

About the Presenters:
Shurti Agarwal
Shruti is working as an Associate Manager with IQVIA and has an overall experience of 9+ years in the pharmaceutical patent industry. She primarily works on patent searching, litigation searches and its analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from UPTU University and Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Shobhit University, Meerut India. She is also a Law graduate from CCS University, Delhi, India.
Morgana Lúcio
Morgana holds a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from the State University of Campinas, Brazil and she is certified in Droit de la Propriété Industrielle from the Centre Paul Roubier, France. She has nine years of experience in the Intellectual Property area, working mainly with patentability, freedom to operate and litigation searches and analysis.
