Learn How IQVIA ChannelDynamics can help you identify the Strengths and Weaknesses of you HCP Engagement.

This session will provide an introduction to ChannelDynamics and how you could leverage the data to answer the following key questions:

  • Does your company or brand have a competitive share of promotional volume? 
  • Does your brand have a rich “multichannel” mix – providing HCPs with a choice of engagement types?
  • How do your targeted HCPs rate your channels and messaging in terms of quality and Net Promoter Score?
  • Are your engagements, across the various channels used – moving HCPs to start, increase or remain loyal in their prescription activity?

There will be time for Q&A in which you can ask your questions directly to the presenter.
