Laura is an experienced healthcare leader, currently the Chief Operating Officer of the largest Primary Care Network in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Laura has a solid background in the NHS and understands workforce issues from a number of different perspectives having spent the last 20 years working both as commissioner and provider. Having supported the formation of PCNs and led on GP Contracts and Quality for Leicestershire, she is well versed in the challenges which face primary care in the UK. Laura has a track record of delivering consistent results, including as programme manager for the COVID 19 Vaccination within the count.  She has an excellent understanding and working knowledge of primary and secondary care from both operational and strategic perspectives.

In her current role, Laura has focussed on growing and diversifying the organisation, making staff wellbeing and retention a priority leading to tangible improvements.  Laura has proven leadership and management skills over a number of years and is a credible and authentic leader.

Stephen Jowett, Senior director, Market Access & Patient Activation, IQVIA

Stephen leads IQVIA’s Market Access pathway Transformation and Pathway analytics teams with a focus on enabling successful collaboration between NHS and the life sciences industry.

Arlene Neville, Associate Director - NHS Partnership and Engagement Lead, IQVIA

Arlene has spent the last 18 years as a senior manager in the NHS. Most recently, as a commissioner heading up the transformation and integration agenda around Primary Care and Long Term Conditions. 
Arlene’s experience in the NHS spans Public Health, Acute provider, ICS and has worked at a regional and national level.

Jonathan Simpson - Market Access Specialist - Field based Market Access Specialist, IQVIA

Field based Market Access Specialist for IQVIA. Jonathan has working in sales, marketing and market access positions in both medtech and pharmaceutical organisations taking the lead on projects such as HTA approvals, through to national / regional / local access programmes.
