Global Marketing Operations enables and supports BU marketers in driving business impact for IQVIA by reaching and engaging customers across channels.

Some of the key things that we do are:

  • Activate and implement campaign tactics across diverse channels

    (i.e., email, website, social etc.)

  • Provide direct partnership & support for marketing stakeholders

    (i.e., design, deploy, monitor, optimize with GBUS/RBUS etc.)

  • Lead a Center of Excellence for marketing analytics and insight

    (i.e., guidance/support to marketers, enterprise level reports, GBU/ RBU Dashboards etc.)

  • Enhance and manage IQVIA's marketing technology and processes

    (i.e., 25+ platforms and integrations, experimentation, best practices, communications etc.)

  • Supervise key global marketing domains

    (i.e., privacy/compliance, marketing data, acquisition integration etc.)
